1 Cup Rice
1 1/3 Cup Water
Combine rice and water in a pot. Heat water to a rolling boil (approximately 5 minutes). When a rolling boil has been reached turn the heat down to the lowest setting and place a lid on the pot. Let the rice "stew" for 15 - 20 minutes stirring every 10 minutes to make sure the rice is cooked evenly.
Important things *not* to do: leave the lid off so the water boils off, leave the heat too high after the water has boiled, smoke crack cocaine.
