The "hail a cab to rob a bank" heist still doesn't work
Travelocity has this new commercial where they tell you that if you have any problems with any hotel bookings made through their site they'll work with the hotel to make sure it's corrected. My first thought was, hey that's pretty cool of them to take that initiative for their customers. My second thought was, why do they need a whole department dedicated just to fixing mixups, and beyond that why do they need advertise that on national television? Does Travelocity have problems I'm not aware of?
