Andrew: so dude whos putting the razorblades in the candy tonight you or ben? @ 11:00 pm

Yesterday I took the RHCE test. Three parts, each worth 100 points. The first part is 8 seperate "problems" (4 of which are required to pass the test at all) with an installation. You have to fix each one and you great graded accordingly. Once you fix it the proctor runs a script on your computer to see how well you did. I got 8 out of 8 on the first part which was good. The second part was 50 multiple choice questions, which weren't too hard. Some of the questions were weird but it wasn't overly hard. The last part was given a set of instructions install and configure a system to do what it says.

Overall the test wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, either that or I was more prepared than I was expecting. I won't know until next week if I actually passed the test and will get my RHCE, but I'm pretty confident I passed it.

So they don't tell you your grade on the multiple choice instantly? That's really weird. I can understand the last part taking a little while to grade, but the multiple choice should give instant feedback.
