how about the satisfying taste of a mesquite steak in a soft drink? @ 10:37 pm

After work today Karen, Melissa, Tony, Justin, and myself went out to drinks at Jarboes. During the course of the conversation we got on the topic of guns and the NRA. Tony informed me of two things, the gun to person ratio in his house it 2.5 to 1, and bullets used to kill ratio in Afghanistan is 200,000 to 1.

Now the first is by itself rather remarkable, but not nearly as remarkable as the second. For every one person killed in Afghanistan the military had to use 200,000 bullets? Could we train our guys to be a little more accurate possibly? Wow.

Well, either our boys are bad shots, or Canadians are really good at dodging ;)

Do you have any idea how hard it is to shoot at something that is shooting back at you. The gun ratio at my house it 5 to 2.
