From "Bambi" to "The Lion King," no one bumps off parents like Disney

Wow... today was cool. Angie and I went down to the Canon Beach. I haven't been there since I was a little kid. My grandfather has a nice beach house down there that I practically grew up in. It's been in my family ever since I can remember. Well after my grandmother passed away and my grandfather remarried the ... bitter old hag doesn't allow anyone from our family to go down there.

Well Angie and I were going to be down there anyway so I figured I'd drop by and see if they were there. They were, been there a couple of weeks it sounds like. We talked about all kinds of stuff (since I haven't seen my grandfather in probably a year). Good to talk to him again. He's the same old fart I remember. Real cool guy.

After that Angie and I walked down the beach into town. I don't think Angie wanted to walk that far but I kinda liked it. Get a little work out, see the beach, enjoy the sun. We walked around some weird little gift shops, art galleries, and even got to see them making salt-water taffy. Overall it was a great day. Angie got a little sun burn, but I think I fared ok.
