After that I did some work on securing our routers and then went to have the house inspected. It took about an hour and half and the inspector was really cool. He covered just about anything you could think of, and answered all my questions. I learned a lot today, it was cool. The whole experience could be summed up with the last thing he told me, "Go home and start the drinking."
There are some serious landscaping and foundation issues with the house. It would take a lot of work, and even more money to get it up to code. The house interior seemed ok, but the house wasn't sitting on a footpad, but instead directly on the dirt. This caused some slopes in the house etc. Basically it boils down to me being back on the market looking for a house. Call my realtor and told him that, he seemed happy.
Enough of that, back to the PS2.
