what makes "fun size" m&ms fun?

So I was driving to Safeway to get Angie some chicken soup and there was an ad on the radio for a cell phone company. They talked about minutes, and coverage, blah blah blah. But one of the selling features was "no credit check." It's a pretty sad commentary on our society when one of the big selling features on an item is the fact that even if you are so mired in debt that you can't afford to pay your bills, we'll still sell to you. Sad.
