It's not magic.....or is it?
When in Pro Logic mode, the frequencies that usually make up voice in movies are sent to the center channel and the other frequencies are the left and right, not always discreet, it just kinda knows how to do it. A CD doesn't have discreet encoding, only left and right, but in Pro Logic mode it thinks it should be surround sound. Usually for CDs, ones I've listened to, they sound best when in 2.0 not Prologic unless specifically encoded for Pro Logic, or 5.1 or DTS or DVD-Audio.........so I'm no expert, but that's what I know.......I think

That is such a good CD. In fact that's the only CD I have a burnt copy of, and a tape for when I need that driving music.
