The heat is on, on the street, Inside your head, on every beat... @ 02:46 pm

Gabe and I changed the filter in our furnace today. It's the first time in the five years that I've lived here. It was pretty dusty and definitely in need of changing. I think you should probably change them at least one a year, so I'm a little behind. It was 90 degrees less than three weeks ago and now it's freaking cold! The heat is officially on at the Baker household.

The AC is still on here, 24:7, as it has been since April. Never less than 90+ degrees, every day. The very early mornings are 60s but it heats up by 8:30AM or so. If we have to have the AC on to stuff the Thanksgiving turkey or to trim the Christmas tree (as we have had to in years past) I shall be cranky as the dickens.

Yeah, I know I'm a little behind on my blarg reading, but wow. Air filters should be changed every 2000 hours, or your probably just wasting energy.
