Lactose and tummies @ 05:19 pm

I'm giving up milk (and milk related products) for a couple days to see if it affects my stomach at all. The real question now is whether or not that includes Cheetos. I'm thinking it does :(

I've been addicted to Laughing Cow for the last week or so. In fact, come to think of it, I've also been putting two slices of havarti on my sandwiches, and I've gone through a gallon of milk. Mmm, dairy.

Godspeed, my friend.

Lactose intolerance is the cause of all your suffering? That would be great if giving up milk and dairy products could make you feel much better!
