PWS stands for Panther Web Server which is a cache-server built completely in-house by the Panther team (the hosting provider) - it is NOT a web-server (per se), its just a caching engine to help keep things flowing smoothly.

He might be running Apache behind it. He also might be running IIS on Windows behind it. :/
